Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we recommend checking the specific measurements provided to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Prissy Pelican ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our flock to more international destinations soon!
